The Easter Festival of Neuvy-Saint-Sépulchre is a flagship event in the south of Indre. For its 30th edition in 2026, it brings together, as every year, a lively flea market in the village streets and a colorful parade with flower floats, a brass band, and a costumed procession. Exhibitors offer trinkets, tableware, toys, clothing, vintage items, books, and bric-a-brac, while the festive procession moves through the village in a joyful and popular atmosphere.

Neuvy-Saint-Sépulchre, Romanesque treasure of Berry

Neuvy-Saint-Sépulchre is a commune of about 1,500 inhabitants located between La Châtre and Argenton-sur-Creuse. The village owes its fame to its Saint-Étienne collegiate church, an exceptional 11th-century Romanesque edifice whose rotunda is inspired by the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem. This monument, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site as part of the Santiago de Compostela pilgrimage routes, attracts visitors from all over the world.
