28th Innenheim Flea Market

Nearly 30 years of tradition

The Innenheim Flea Market is now in its 28th edition, testifying to the longevity and success of this event organised by the Union Sportive d'Innenheim. For nearly three decades, the village sports club has mobilised its volunteers each year to organise one of the largest flea markets at the Vosges foothills. This longevity is the result of a skilful blend: a well-oiled organisation, an attractive location near Obernai, a constantly growing number of exhibitors and a solidly established reputation among Alsatian bargain hunters. The 350 to 400 exhibitors who fill the commune's streets offer an exceptional choice, making Innenheim an essential destination for bargain lovers in May.

A large-scale flea market

The scale of the Innenheim flea market places it among the largest events of its kind in the Bas-Rhin. Stalls stretch over several hundred metres through the village streets, offering a complete panorama of items: antique and modern furniture, crockery, glassware, silverware, adult and children's clothing, shoes, toys for all ages, board games, books, comics, vinyls, CDs, trinkets, decorative items, lighting, household linen, DIY and garden tools, sports equipment, electronic equipment, musical instruments and collectibles of all categories. The simultaneous presence of private sellers and some professional second-hand dealers guarantees a diversity of offer that satisfies all bargain hunter profiles, from the occasional browser to the seasoned collector.

Innenheim, a wine village near Obernai

Innenheim is a Bas-Rhin commune of around 1,300 inhabitants, located in the canton of Obernai, at the foot of the Alsatian vineyard. The village lies a few kilometres from Obernai, one of the most touristic towns in Alsace, and near Mont Sainte-Odile, a renowned pilgrimage and hiking destination. Innenheim benefits from a pleasant landscape between the Ried plain and the first vineyard hills, offering a green and preserved environment. The Union Sportive d'Innenheim, pillar of local community life, organises sports activities and popular events throughout the year, of which this flea market is its flagship event and main source of funding.
