On Friday 15 August 2025, the municipal park of Quarré-les-Tombes hosted the annual Assumption Day garage sale. From dawn, at 5:30am, exhibitors and early visitors gathered in this green setting at the gateway to the Morvan, for a day of conviviality and bargain hunting. The Promotion Quarré Morvan Association organised this family event, open to all, in the tradition of summer festivities in the village famous for its Merovingian sarcophagi.
