The great bargain hunters' gathering in the historic quarter of Aulnay-sous-Bois
Every spring, the Vieux-Pays Flea Market takes over the picturesque streets of the historic quarter of Aulnay-sous-Bois. From the Ferme du Vieux-Pays to the Place de l'Église, over 300 private vendors offer forgotten objects, unexpected treasures and warm exchanges along rue Jacques Duclos. A village-style flea market in the heart of Seine-Saint-Denis, reserved for private individuals.
Tucked away from the main roads, the Vieux-Pays neighbourhood of Aulnay-sous-Bois has a rare charm in Seine-Saint-Denis: old houses, cobbled lanes, a preserved farmhouse and a village square that seem to have stood the test of time. It is in this ÃŽle-de-France village setting, with its almost rural atmosphere, that one of the department's most popular flea markets is held every spring.
The event spreads across several complementary zones: the paved courtyard of the Ferme du Vieux-Pays (30, rue Jacques Duclos), rue Jacques Duclos itself from number 17bis to the church square, and the place de l'Église. This three-zone layout accommodates over 300 private vendors offering the full diversity of a neighbourhood flea market: clothes of all sizes, books, vinyl records, crockery, antique toys, tools, trinkets and collectible pieces.
The Vieux-Pays Flea Market is organised by SAS Mandon, a specialist in quality flea markets across Île-de-France. The rule is clear and enforced: neither professional dealers nor new products are accepted. Vendor spots are priced at €20 inclusive for 2 linear metres, without equipment or shelter, outdoors. Each edition fills up quickly with vendors who register as soon as online or postal registration opens.
The Vieux-Pays is one of the oldest villages on the plain of France. A protected heritage site, it offers visitors a preserved architecture that contrasts sharply with the surrounding urban fabric. The flea market day is the perfect opportunity to explore it on foot, stroll between the stalls, and soak up the unique atmosphere of this timeless neighbourhood.
The Vieux-Pays is accessible from Paris by RER B (Aulnay-sous-Bois station) then bus 215, or by car. Parking is available around the neighbourhood. The May edition takes place on a Monday (Whit Monday public holiday), making attendance easier for many visitors.
The Vieux-Pays Flea Market and Garage Sale returns on Monday 25 May 2026, from 8am to 6pm, in the historic quarter of Aulnay-sous-Bois. Over 300 private vendors expected between the Ferme du Vieux-Pays, rue Jacques Duclos and place de l'Église. Register before 15 May at mandon.fr or on-site.
