Montreuil's collective house sale is an original event held Sunday 26 April 2026 from 8am. Unlike traditional single-venue flea markets, a collective house sale invites several village households to open their homes, garages or gardens to sell unused items. Visitors move between participating houses on a route that gives the event an authentic, personal charm.

This yard-sale format, rare in France but common in the US/Canada, combines bargain-hunting with village discovery. It builds social ties between residents and visitors.
