Saint-Léger-le-Petit is a rural commune in northern Cher, located a few kilometers from the Loire River and Cosne-Cours-sur-Loire (Nièvre). This hamlet in Berry, near La Charité-sur-Loire and the Sancerrois region, is situated in a landscape of hedgerows and meadows bordering the royal river.
