On Sunday 24 May 2026, the Saint-Gervais district hosts a large car boot sale spreading across Place Baudoyer, Rue François Miron and the picturesque Rue des Barres. At the foot of Saint-Gervais-Saint-Protais church and in the exceptional setting of the historic Marais, residents and buyers gather for a convivial day. Free entry and a typically Parisian atmosphere among half-timbered houses and old cobblestones.
On Sunday 24 May 2026, the Saint-Gervais neighbourhood welcomes a large car boot sale stretching from Place Baudoyer to Rue François Miron, via one of the most charming streets in Paris, Rue des Barres.
Few car boot sales enjoy such a remarkable backdrop. Rue des Barres, pedestrian and cobbled, lined with half-timbered houses from the 16th century and the Saint-Gervais bell tower, offers an almost cinematic setting.
Sellers are mostly neighbourhood residents: you'll find small brocante, clothing, toys, old books, vinyls, vintage tableware and decorative objects.
After browsing, continue to the Shoah Memorial, Île Saint-Louis, the Seine embankments, or up to Place des Vosges.
