The Great May 1st Fair of Montlebon welcomes traveling merchants and private flea market sellers in the Place de l'École and Salle des Fêtes. This coexistence between traditional traveling commerce and second-hand hunting gives the event a unique and authentic character, reminiscent of the rural fairs of yesteryear that punctuated the life of mountain villages. A maximum of thirty exhibitors are welcomed in the square, ensuring a human scale and a friendly atmosphere.
Exhibitor setup begins at 6:30 am and must be completed before 8 am. The fair is open to the public from 7 am to 5 pm, with free admission. As the number of spots is limited to 30, registrations must be made before April 26th with the organizer Alain Jacquet.
