A Thirtieth-Anniversary Car Boot Sale in the Heart of Cantal

For thirty years, the association Neussargues Animations has organized the spring car boot sale in Neussargues-en-Pinatelle (15170), a regular meeting place for bargain hunters in central Cantal. The 2026 edition will mark the 30th edition of this event, which has established itself as a classic in the Cantalian flea market calendar.

Neussargues, Cantal's Railway Crossroads

Neussargues-en-Pinatelle is a town located in the center of the Cantal department, known for being an important railway hub. Neussargues station, at the junction of the Aurillac-Clermont-Ferrand and Béziers-Neussargues (ligne des Causses) lines, gives the commune a strategic position that benefits the reach of its car boot sale. The town is also an ideal starting point for exploring the Cézallier mountains and the Cantal plateaus.

Differentiated Outdoor and Indoor Rates

One of the particularities of this car boot sale is the possibility to set up outdoors, at the very affordable rate of €1 per linear meter, or indoors to protect from bad weather, at the rate of €5 for 4 meters (€10 beyond that). This dual option allows exhibitors to adapt to the sometimes capricious weather conditions of the mid-mountainous Cantal region.

The association Neussargues Animations is a central player in the town's associative life. By organizing this car boot sale for three decades, it contributes to boosting local commerce and creating meeting opportunities between the inhabitants of Neussargues and the surrounding communes: Allanche, Murat, Massiac, and the Cézallier plateau.
