Every year, the small commune of Aujols (46090), nestled in Quercy Blanc about twenty kilometers south of Cahors, hosts its car boot sale by its lake. Organized by the association Aujols Culture et Loisirs, this open-air event brings together about 70 private sellers in a remarkable natural setting, for a much-appreciated rural bargain hunting day by locals and visitors to the region.

Around 70 private sellers by the lake

The Aujols car boot sale is reserved for private sellers, giving it an authentic character and a relaxed atmosphere conducive to good deals. Stalls are set up on and around the lake square, in a green and pleasant environment that contrasts with town center car boot sales. Clothes, toys, books, crockery, decorative items, and small second-hand furniture are displayed on the 70 available pitches.
