Every summer, the Vitteaux municipal park, route d'Avallon, hosts a large car boot sale organized by the UCIA Vitteaux (Union Commerciale, Industrielle et Artisanale). With 100 to 200 exhibitors, it is one of the most important car boot sales in this part of the Côte-d'Or, attracting treasure hunters and sightseers from all over the Auxois region.
A Simple and Effective Format
The UCIA car boot sale stands out for its no-reservation system: exhibitors set up in order of arrival from 6 am, in the green setting of the municipal park. The rate of 2 euros per linear meter is accessible to all. Entertainment and rides are offered in parallel, making this day a complete family event.
