Saint-Cloud (92210) is a Hauts-de-Seine town of some 32,000 residents perched on hillsides overlooking the Seine between Paris and Versailles. The Coteaux and Bords de Seine neighbourhoods are residential areas of individual houses, gardens, quiet lanes and river views. The Association des Quartiers Coteaux et Bords de Seine created the Toutocoto Jumble Sale — a neighbourhood, charitable and convivial event for residents to clear their attics while funding solidarity actions.

A loop route: Toutocoto's originality

Toutocoto's distinctive format deploys stalls along a ~1 km loop route across three main streets: Avenue de Longchamp, Boulevard Sénard and Avenue Bernard Palissy. This "browsing walk" format invites visitors to stroll through the neighbourhood, discover views over the Seine and hillsides, and browse at leisure — a pleasant blend of brocante and neighbourhood discovery.
