Every summer in July, the Comité des Fêtes de Sainte-Feyre organizes a car boot sale in the village of this commune located near Guéret, prefecture of the Creuse. Stalls are set up in the village squares and adjacent streets, offering a varied treasure hunt in an authentic village setting.

Sainte-Feyre is a peri-urban commune in the Guéret urban area, combining proximity to the prefecture's services with the charm of the Creuse countryside. The village, dominated by its church, retains a rural character with its granite houses, gardens, and green spaces. The commune is crossed by the Creuse River, which winds through a green valley offering beautiful landscapes of the Limousin bocage.

The Comité des Fêtes, animating the village

The Comité des Fêtes de Sainte-Feyre is the driving association for the commune's festive life. In addition to the July car boot sale, it organizes several events throughout the year, including the famous Apple Festival in November. Volunteers ensure the setup of stalls, the reception of exhibitors, and the management of refreshments and light snacks offered to visitors.

The car boot sale is open to individuals exclusively, guaranteeing attractive prices on a wide variety of items: furniture, crockery, toys, clothes, books, trinkets, and everyday objects. Pitches are offered at 5 euros for 6 linear meters without reservation, with the possibility of keeping your vehicle on site. Refreshments and light snacks allow visitors to eat throughout the day.
