Lansargues is a commune of about 3,500 inhabitants deeply rooted in Camargue tradition. Located in the coastal plain between Montpellier and Lunel, it is surrounded by vineyards, marshes, and breeding pastures. Manades—these semi-wild Camargue bull farms—are an integral part of the Lansargues landscape and identity. Manade Boch is one of these farms that perpetuate bouvine, the Camargue bull culture.
