Summer car boot sale on the Place de la République in Belle-Isle-en-Terre, in the heart of Trégor
Every July, the Place de la République in Belle-Isle-en-Terre comes alive for the traditional Locmaria festivals. The car boot sale, organized by the Comité des Fêtes, is a highlight of these summer festivities. Exhibitors take over the main square of the village to offer visitors a multitude of second-hand items at low prices.
Nestled at the confluence of the Guic and Léguer rivers, Belle-Isle-en-Terre is a charming town in inland Trégor, in Côtes-d'Armor. This small town, surrounded by forests and green valleys, is renowned for the quality of its salmon and trout rivers. It is home to the Regional River Initiation Centre, demonstrating its commitment to environmental preservation.
The Locmaria festivals combine Breton tradition and conviviality. The car boot sale is part of a broader program of festivities including musical entertainment, games, and moments of sharing. The refreshment stand and snack bar allow visitors to fully enjoy the day in a warm and family-friendly atmosphere.
Spaces are available from 7 am, at a rate of €3 per linear meter outdoors and €4 per linear meter indoors. The car boot sale welcomes individuals and professionals until 4 pm.
