A brocante in a royal bastide

Castelsagrat is a little gem of Tarn-et-Garonne, founded as a bastide by Alphonse of Poitiers in 1270 and granted royal status in 1271. Its magnificent central square, bordered by 13th and 14th century arcades on all four sides, is one of the loveliest covered squares in the department.

The festival committee in charge

This associative event, run by the Castelsagrat festival committee, is among the awaited dates on the Quercy blanc bastides calendar. The flea market mixes village private sellers and a few brocante dealers.

Private sellers and dealers: the mixed formula

This dual identity is the event's signature. Both classic mass-market browsing items (china, clothes, toys, books, vinyl) and more sought-after pieces by dealers: antique furniture, Quercy regional items, old faience, vintage tools, militaria, old papers.
