For over 35 years, the Espérance Football Club de Treffléan has organized its traditional car boot sale at the Maurice Le Luherne sports hall. This event, which has become a must-attend fixture in the Vannes area, brings together many exhibitors from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Admission is €1.50 for those aged 15 and over.
Treffléan is a town of about 3,500 inhabitants located a few kilometers southeast of Vannes, between the departmental capital and the Golfe du Morbihan. A residential town with a green setting, Treffléan retains a human-sized village center with its church, shops, and sports facilities. The Maurice Le Luherne hall, named after a local sports figure, is the gathering place for many community associations.
The Espérance Football Club is one of the pillars of associative life in Treffléan. The car boot sale is its main fundraising event, helping to support the club's senior teams and football schools. Refreshments and food, run by volunteers, complete this friendly day.
