A car boot sale in service of local heritage

Le Bondoire is an association whose main mission is the restoration and preservation of the Saint-Vincent-Rive-d'Olt church, a Quercy heritage building that requires significant work. Each year, the car boot sale is the flagship event that allows the association to raise funds for this work, with the active support of the inhabitants and treasure hunting enthusiasts from the Lot valley.

The formula is well-established: exhibitors arrive from 6 am to set up and reserve their pitch. Welcome coffee is offered by the association to start the day in a friendly atmosphere. 3-meter linear pitches are offered at €10 per pitch, and an identity document is required when paying on site.

The car boot sale brings together between 50 and 100 private exhibitors — a number that varies depending on the year and weather conditions — who offer their finds: antique furniture, tableware, books, clothing, tools, toys, and various objects.
