Every year in May, the Festival Committee of Aunay-sous-Auneau organizes the town's annual car boot sale. This friendly event takes place around the town hall and the sports field, in the center of the village, starting from 8 am.

The car boot sale hosts about a hundred private sellers who come to clear out their attics and offer clothes, furniture, toys, books, dishes, and various items at attractive prices. The event is strictly reserved for non-professional individuals, guaranteeing the authenticity and diversity of the items offered.

An event for the benefit of the village schools

The revenue generated from exhibitor registrations benefits the local associations of Aunay-sous-Auneau, particularly those working for the village schools. This car boot sale is thus part of a solidarity and civic initiative, supported by the Festival Committee for the benefit of the entire community.

The event also offers on-site catering and drinks, allowing visitors and exhibitors alike to eat during the day in a festive atmosphere.
