The APEL car boot sale on the Estran car park

Every summer, in July, the APEL of the Notre-Dame des Noës school organizes a car boot sale on the Estran car park, a stone's throw from the port of Binic. The setting is exceptional: located on avenue du Général de Gaulle, the car park offers a view of the bay of Saint-Brieuc and allows visitors to combine treasure hunting with a seaside stroll.

A car boot sale by the sea

Private exhibitors offer a wide selection of second-hand items: clothing, toys, books, crockery, small furniture, and trinkets. The summer atmosphere and the proximity of the beach and the Binic marina attract a clientele mixing permanent residents and holidaymakers. The price is 3.50 euros per linear meter.

Binic-Étables-sur-Mer, a popular seaside resort

Binic-Étables-sur-Mer is a coastal municipality in the bay of Saint-Brieuc, born from the merger of Binic and Étables-sur-Mer in 2016. A former cod fishing port, Binic is now a very popular seaside resort, known for its fine sandy beaches, its marina, and its coastal paths of the GR 34. The car boot sale is an excellent opportunity to discover this gem of the north Brittany coast.

Refreshments and conviviality

APEL volunteers run a refreshment stand throughout the day, allowing visitors and exhibitors to cool down. The funds raised contribute to the financing of school projects for the Notre-Dame des Noës school.
