Every August 15th, Assumption Day, the Comité des Fêtes d'Étables-sur-Mer organizes a large car boot sale that takes over the Parc de la Belle Issue, Place Heurtel, and the surrounding streets. This unmissable summer event in the seaside resort attracts a considerable crowd of bargain hunters, holidaymakers, and locals.

A car boot sale in the heart of the resort

Private sellers set up in an exceptional setting between a green park and the town center. The rate is 4 euros per meter with a minimum of 3 meters. The goods offered range from clothing to toys, as well as crockery, books, small furniture, and collectible items. The atmosphere is festive and family-friendly.

Étables-sur-Mer, pearl of the Goëlo coast

Binic-Étables-sur-Mer, on the Côte du Goëlo, is renowned for its cliffs, beaches, and coastal paths of the GR 34. The village of Étables overlooks the sea and offers a remarkable panorama of the Bay of Saint-Brieuc. On August 15th, the town is buzzing with summer activity, and the car boot sale is part of a day full of entertainment.

Registration and refreshments

Registration is open every Saturday morning from 10 am to 12 pm at the foyer located at 1 allée du stade in Étables, starting from the end of May. Refreshments and food are provided on-site by the volunteers of the Comité des Fêtes.
