The Arnouville Swap & Flea Market: the great end-of-summer event

Every summer, Arnouville (95400), nestled between Sarcelles, Garges-lès-Gonesse and Villiers-le-Bel in northern Val-d'Oise, hosts its annual Troc et Puces (Swap & Flea Market). Organised by the City's Events Department, this popular event takes place on the last Sunday of August on the esplanade of Espace Charles Aznavour, avenue Paul Vaillant Couturier.

Around 160 private sellers set up their 2-metre stalls offering toys, clothing, furniture, books, vinyl records, household appliances, crockery and the assorted bric-à-brac of popular flea markets. Food products are not permitted. The private-to-private format creates an authentic exchange space, far from conventional retail.

Registration

Registration is mandatory. The fee is €10 for 2 metres for Arnouville residents, and €50 for 2 metres for non-residents – a deliberately incentive pricing policy for locals. Priority is given to Arnouville residents. Toilets, disabled access and on-site catering are available.

Espace Charles Aznavour is on avenue Paul Vaillant Couturier in Arnouville, accessible from RER D Villiers-le-Bel – Gonesse – Arnouville station (approx. 15 min walk) or by bus. On-site parking available. Contact: 01 34 45 97 19.
