The toy sale on November 11th in Tinténiac

Every November 11th, a public holiday, the Espace Ille et Donac in Tinténiac hosts its annual sale dedicated to second-hand toys, books, and cultural items. The event brings together 70 exhibitors in this spacious hall on rue Saint-Mirel, from 10 am to 4 pm. Individuals and families can find a wide selection of toys, board games, books for children and adults, DVDs, CDs, and other cultural media at very reduced prices. It's the ideal meeting place to prepare Christmas gifts at a lower cost.

Tinténiac, a canal town north of Rennes

A town of about 3,800 inhabitants located 25 km north of Rennes, Tinténiac is crossed by the Ille-et-Rance canal, which connects Rennes to Saint-Malo. This location makes it a popular stop for boaters and towpath hikers. The Espace Ille et Donac, named after the two rivers that converge in the commune, is the main cultural and event facility in the town. The toy sale is one of the unmissable associative events of the Tinténiac autumn.

Registration and practical information

Stalls are offered at a price of €3 per table, with a maximum of 70 spaces available. Registration is done by phone only, so you must book quickly as spaces fill up fast. Light refreshments are available on site to eat between finds. Admission is free for visitors.
