The Étoile Sportive de Stotzheim Flea Market enjoys an exceptional setting: the stalls are set up along the Muhlbach, the charming small river that crosses the village, on the rue du Bas village. This bucolic setting, between traditional Alsatian houses and the murmur of water, offers a unique and relaxing atmosphere that appeals to bargain hunters and exhibitors. Set-up takes place early in the morning, from 6:00 to 8:00 AM, and transactions only begin from 7:00 AM, thus guaranteeing an orderly and fair start for all exhibitors. Organized by the volunteers of the Étoile Sportive de Stotzheim, the local football club, this event contributes to funding the club's sports activities.

Stotzheim, small wine village of the Pays de Barr

Stotzheim is a small commune of about 1,100 inhabitants located in the Bas-Rhin, in the heart of the Pays de Barr, famous wine region of the Alsatian foothills. The village is crossed by the Muhlbach, a small stream that gives it all its charm, and is surrounded by vineyards producing excellent Alsace wines. Its heritage includes a beautiful church, traditional half-timbered houses, and a preserved green setting. Stotzheim is part of the Pays de Barr community of communes and benefits from the proximity of renowned wine villages such as Andlau, Mittelbergheim, Barr, and Epfig.

Private and professional exhibitors offer a beautiful variety of items: antiques, old furniture, dishware, glassware, vintage clothing, toys, books, records, trinkets, tools, postcards, and collectibles. As for food service, club volunteers offer a complete service throughout the day: coffee and pastries for exhibitors' and early birds' breakfast, cold sandwiches, grilled sausages, and American sandwiches for lunch, not to mention desserts to finish the meal.
