The Festival Committee's big summer braderie
Located between Montauban and Castelsarrasin in the fertile Tarn valley, the commune of Villemade unveils each summer one of its flagship events: the braderie organized by the Festival Committee. Active for over 45 years, this association animates village life with passion.
The braderie format allows for great exhibitor diversity: locals emptying attics, occasional brocanters, semi-professionals and local associations. This mix guarantees visitors a wide choice: clothing, toys, games, books, comics, vinyl records, dishes, small furniture and tools.
Unlike a strict private flea market, the braderie allows the presence of some professionals, making it particularly interesting for those seeking new items at slashed prices or unsold stock.
The Festival Committee provides refreshments and food throughout the event in a typical Southwest summer atmosphere.
Villemade is accessible via the D958 between Montauban (10 km) and Castelsarrasin. Free parking around the village.
Registration with Villemade Festival Committee. Modest stand fee per linear meter.
On-site refreshments and food: sandwiches, fries, grilled meats, cold drinks.
