Sentheim, a village with two summer flea markets

Sentheim is one of the rare villages in Haut-Rhin to offer two flea markets during the same summer. After the traditional Union Sportive de la Doller market in July, a second secondhand event takes place in August in this village of the Doller valley. This doubled offering reflects remarkable community vitality for a village of around 1,500 inhabitants.

The Doller valley is one of the most beautiful valleys in the southern Vosges mountains in Alsace. The Doller river winds between meadows and forests from the Vosges heights down to the outskirts of Mulhouse. Sentheim, situated mid-valley, benefits from a privileged geographical position between the Vosges hills and the Mulhouse urban area.

Like the July market, this second summer flea market welcomes both private sellers and professional dealers offering clothing, shoes, toys, books, records, furniture, crockery, tools and a multitude of antique objects.
