Saint-Brice-sous-Forêt Flea Market: a monthly must for Val-d'Oise bargain hunters

Saint-Brice-sous-Forêt (95350) is a residential town at the edge of the Forêt de Montmorency, north of Paris. On the Avenue Robert Schuman, professional organiser Brossier Organisation holds its regular flea markets, now one of the department's most reliable monthly brocante events.

The event's distinctive feature is its exceptional frequency: no fewer than 9 editions per year, covering most months from February to November, always on the second Sunday of the month. This regularity makes it a dependable monthly fixture for seasoned sellers and visitors alike.

A well-organised market for all

Between 100 and 200 sellers – a mix of private individuals and experienced amateur dealers – set up each second Sunday on the spacious car park of the Avenue Robert Schuman commercial complex. Sellers arrive from 4:30 AM to set up before the 5 AM opening to visitors. The market runs until 6 PM. Food vendors are not admitted.

Seller fees and conditions

The fee is €10 per linear metre (minimum 2 metres). Space depends on availability: 5m with a car, 6m with a van. A €20 cleanliness deposit is required. Advance registration by post is possible; same-day cash payment is accepted.

Accessible from the RN1 and RN16 national roads. Transilien line H: Sarcelles-Saint-Brice station. Free on-site parking. Free admission for all visitors.
