A charity flea market raising funds for Rotary causes
Every late June, the Rotary Club de Maisons-Alfort – Est de Paris organises its large flea market on Rue Pierre et Marie Curie. Heir to the former Brocante des Bords de Marne, this solidarity event brings together around 300 stalls from 8am to 6pm. All proceeds are donated to charitable causes. Free admission, friendly atmosphere in the heart of Val-de-Marne.
The Rotary Club Flea Market of Maisons-Alfort is one of the most eagerly awaited summer events in the town. Organised by the Rotary Club de Maisons-Alfort – Est de Paris, this annual flea market continues the tradition of the former 'Brocante des Bords de Marne' and its spirit of generosity: all proceeds from pitch rentals are donated to charitable causes supported by the Rotary.
The flea market is held on Rue Pierre et Marie Curie, in the heart of Maisons-Alfort (94700). This street, closed to traffic for the day, hosts around 300 vendors – private sellers and professionals alike – offering a wide range of items: bric-a-brac, clothing, furniture, books, vinyl records, toys and collectables. New items, used shoes and food products are prohibited under the event's regulations.
Beyond the pleasure of treasure hunting, the Rotary Flea Market is a day of conviviality and solidarity. Rotary Club volunteers ensure the smooth running of the event, from allocating pitches to managing the day. Visitors flock in the knowledge that their presence indirectly supports the causes championed by the club.
The Rotary Club Flea Market of Maisons-Alfort returns on Sunday 28 June 2026, on Rue Pierre et Marie Curie, from 8am to 6pm. Around 300 stalls are expected. All proceeds will be donated to Rotary charitable causes. Registration via brocantemarne.fr or at 21 Avenue Gambetta. Free entry.
