Grand charity car boot sale by Rotary Club Toulouse & Frontonnais in Saint-Alban
Organized by the Rotary Club of Toulouse & Frontonnais for the benefit of its charitable works, this large car boot sale unfolds over 600 m² of covered hall and 10,000 m² outdoors in Saint-Alban. The event takes place over two days and welcomes both individuals and professionals, with refreshments, crepes, waffles, and sandwiches on site. An essential solidarity event in the northern suburbs of Toulouse.
Every year in March, the Rotary Club of Toulouse & Frontonnais organizes a large car boot sale in Saint-Alban, a residential town in the northern suburbs of Toulouse. All profits from the event are donated to Rotary's charitable works, giving the event a solidarity dimension appreciated by both exhibitors and visitors.
The event unfolds in two complementary spaces: the Saint-Alban hall, rue Bernard Amiel, offers 600 m² of covered space, ideal for exhibitors wishing to protect themselves from the March weather. Outdoors, 10,000 m² of space allows for a very large number of exhibitors, creating a vast open-air flea market. This dual configuration ensures the smooth running of the event regardless of the weather.
The car boot sale is held over two days, Saturday and Sunday, offering visitors two opportunities to find a bargain. Pitches are offered at 9 euros for 3 linear meters, with the possibility of booking multiple spaces for exhibitors with large stocks. Individuals and professionals mingle in the aisles, offering furniture, trinkets, clothes, toys, crockery, and collectibles.
The Rotary Club provides a full catering service on site: hot and cold drinks, pastries, waffles, crepes, sandwiches, and fries. Enough to regain strength between finds and enjoy the warm atmosphere that prevails on the site. The Rotarian spirit of service and friendliness permeates the entire event.
Beyond the pleasure of hunting for treasures, participating in the Rotary car boot sale contributes to financing the club's charitable actions: support for local associations, aid to people in difficulty, educational and humanitarian projects. A gesture of solidarity that gives full meaning to this flea market day.
