On Sunday 3 May 2026, the centre of this town nestled in the Évoissons valley becomes a huge open-air market where private sellers and dealers lay out their treasures along the main streets.

A canton town, Poix-de-Picardie is a small place of character on the Évoissons. Its listed Saint-Denis church watches over the village from the 16th century. The town centre keeps its authentic charm with local shops, squares and cafés perfect for a break between browsing. Located on the Amiens-Rouen route, the town regularly hosts events drawing the whole Vimeu area.
