The summer car boot sale on Place Charles de Gaulle

Every summer, the Comité des Fêtes de Pineuilh organizes a car boot sale flea market on Place Charles de Gaulle, in the heart of the town center of Pineuilh (33220). This shaded and spacious square hosts numerous exhibitors - individuals and second-hand dealers - who offer clothes, toys, books, crockery, trinkets, furniture, tools, and decorative objects. The event runs from 8 am to 6 pm, giving bargain hunters plenty of time to browse each stall.

Pineuilh, gateway to the Pays Foyen

Pineuilh is a commune of about 4,200 inhabitants located on the right bank of the Dordogne, just opposite Sainte-Foy-la-Grande. Together with its neighbor, it forms a dynamic urban center in the Pays Foyen. The commune benefits from a pleasant setting between vineyards and the Dordogne valley, and the Comité des Fêtes is a major player in local events throughout the year.

The refreshments and sandwiches prepared by volunteers allow visitors to eat on site. Registration is with the Pineuilh town hall at a rate of €2.50 per linear meter. Entry is free for visitors, and parking is easy near the square.
