Spring browsing in the heart of the village
Lamagistère, a charming village of the Garonne valley in Tarn-et-Garonne, perpetuates each spring this beautiful associative tradition. The festival committee has organised it for many years. The village hosts three flea markets per year: April, August and October.
Place du 14 juillet and rue Pasteur, browsing epicentre
The event takes over the central square and rue Pasteur. The layout allows great strolling with stalls as far as the eye can see.

A wide range: china, vintage toys, clothes, books, vinyl, curios, small furniture, bikes, tools, plus more sought-after pieces by regular dealers.
Lamagistère, the boatmen's village
Lamagistère is bordered south by the Garonne. The boatmen tradition shapes its identity. A riverside walk after browsing is a calm discovery moment.
Tips
Arrive early. Outdoor event: hat and water in sun, windbreaker if changeable. Cash and large bag needed.
Lamagistère Flea Market — edition 2026
The 2026 spring edition took place on Sunday 12 April 2026 on Place du 14 juillet and rue Pasteur. Private sellers and dealers animated the village centre by the Garonne for the first of three annual editions, under spring sun.
2026 Edition Review
On Sunday 12 April 2026, 9am to 7pm, the Lamagistère festival committee held its traditional spring edition on Place du 14 juillet and along rue Pasteur. Private sellers and regular dealers set up from morning, enjoying the fine weather.
China, toys, clothes, books, vinyl and curios competed with more sought pieces: antique furniture, faience, regional items.
The next appointments are in August (summer) and October (autumn).
