Treasure hunting at the foot of Luynes Castle

The Parc des Varennes in Luynes hosts the UCAIL car boot sale, organized by the Union of Luynes Merchants, Artisans and Independents. More than 50 private exhibitors set up in this green park to offer clothing, toys, books, crockery, trinkets, small furniture, and various objects. The setting is remarkable: the Château de Luynes, a medieval fortress perched on a rocky outcrop overlooking the Loire, watches over the treasure hunters from its towers.

Its castle, which has belonged to the same family since the 17th century, majestically overlooks the valley. The village also preserves a remarkable Gallo-Roman aqueduct and old market halls. The car boot sale allows you to discover this exceptional heritage while treasure hunting.
