A garage sale like no other

The Los Amigos Spring Garage Sale is a must-attend event on the calendar of flea markets in northern Alsace. Organized by the Los Amigos association within its authentic ranch, this spring event stands out for its totally atypical setting. The Los Amigos Ranch, located rue de Griesbach in Mertzwiller, is the regular venue for the famous Wild West Shows and recreations of American West scenes. Holding a garage sale in this Alsatian western setting offers a unique experience to visitors who stroll between stands amid wooden buildings evoking Wild West saloons and ranches.

A festive and family atmosphere

Exhibitors, mostly private individuals and families from the region, offer a wide variety of items: clothes, toys, dishes, books, records, childcare, knick-knacks, horse equipment, decoration, tools and small furniture. The stand rate remains modest – around €12.50 for 5 meters – which encourages popular participation. A refreshment stand and catering service are provided on site throughout the day, with the possibility of tasting specialties in the western spirit that is the trademark of Los Amigos. The friendly atmosphere and the warm welcome of the volunteers make the success of this event.
