Large Easter Monday flea market at the Jablines-Annet Leisure Island, a major event in eastern ÃŽle-de-France
The Flea Market of the Jablines-Annet Leisure Island is one of the biggest bargain-hunting events in Seine-et-Marne. Held every Easter Monday in the exceptional setting of the leisure base, this intercommunal event attracts thousands of visitors and many exhibitors on three paved parking lots. Entertainment, food and a festive atmosphere animate this major date of the spring flea market calendar in the Paris region.
Every Easter Monday, the Jablines-Annet Leisure Island transforms into a huge bargain-hunting ground to host one of the most iconic flea markets in eastern Île-de-France. Enjoying an exceptional natural setting on the banks of the Marne, halfway between Meaux and Marne-la-Vallée, the event brings together individuals, occasional dealers and families looking for a day of good deals and conviviality.
What sets this flea market apart is its location: the Jablines-Annet Leisure Island, a vast intercommunal recreation area managed by the ÃŽle-de-France Region. Stalls are set up on three paved parking lots entirely dedicated to the event, allowing a very large number of vendors to be accommodated in optimal conditions. Visitors enjoy an open environment with views of the lakes, quite different from traditional city-center flea markets.
Online registration offers a preferential rate of 6 euros per linear meter, compared to 20 euros per meter on the spot. This incentive encourages exhibitors to book in advance via the official website, ensuring smooth organization. The flea market is open to both individuals and professionals, ensuring a wide variety of items: furniture, tableware, toys, books, clothing, childcare items, tools, decorations and curiosities.
Beyond bargain hunting, the day is enlivened by various activities offered by the Leisure Island and organizers. Several food outlets are available on site: food trucks, refreshment bars and sweet or savory specialties. Families particularly appreciate this combination that lets them find bargains while enjoying the activities of the surrounding leisure base.
The leisure base, one of the largest in Île-de-France, covers nearly 450 hectares with four lakes including a large sandy beach, a marina, and numerous sports and water activities. Located just 40 kilometers from Paris, it is easily accessible by the A104 motorway and the RER A line via Marne-la-Vallée-Chessy. Combining a visit to the flea market with a walk around the lakes is an excellent way to make the most of the day.
Arrive early to avoid access traffic and enjoy the best pieces. Plan a large bag or cart, some cash, and possibly a picnic if you want to extend the day by the water. Parking is organized by the Leisure Island.
