Easter Monday flea market at the Jablines-Annet Leisure Park, on the Annet-sur-Marne side
The flea market at the Jablines-Annet Leisure Park is one of the largest bargain-hunting gatherings in Seine-et-Marne. Held every Easter Monday across three paved parking lots of the leisure park, straddling Annet-sur-Marne and Jablines, it brings together a very large number of sellers and visitors in an exceptional natural setting along the Marne river. This intercommunal spring event combines bargain hunting, catering, and a family-friendly atmosphere.
Every Easter Monday, the Jablines-Annet Leisure Park transforms into a vast open-air bargain-hunting ground. Located on the border of Annet-sur-Marne and Jablines, about forty kilometers east of Paris, this 450-hectare site welcomes private individuals, associations, and occasional flea market vendors looking to sell unwanted items in an airy setting, far from the dense atmosphere of downtown flea markets.
The logistical originality of the Jablines-Annet flea market lies in its setup across three fully paved parking lots of the leisure park. This configuration accommodates a large number of exhibitors in comfortable conditions, with clean ground, smooth parking, and easy pedestrian circulation. The marked aisles make the day an enjoyable bargain-hunting experience, even in damp weather.
Open to both individuals and professionals, the flea market offers a wide variety of items: clothing, tableware, toys, books, comics, vinyl records, childcare equipment, small appliances, DIY tools, furniture, old knickknacks, and decorative objects. This diversity is part of the event's appeal, where you can find both everyday bargains and unexpected curiosities.
Seller registration is mainly done online through the leisure park's Weezevent platform for 6 euros per linear meter booked in advance. It is possible to register on site the day of the event, but the rate then rises to 20 euros per meter, which naturally encourages early booking. This pricing policy streamlines management and ensures a pre-calibrated number of spots.
Beyond bargain hunting, the organizers ensure a truly festive day. Food trucks, refreshment stands, and catering booths allow visitors to have lunch on site in a relaxed atmosphere. Families often extend their visit with time around the lakes and green spaces of the leisure park, which remains accessible to walkers and picnickers.
Managed by the ÃŽle-de-France Region, the Jablines-Annet Leisure Park is one of the largest in the Paris region. In season it offers supervised swimming on a large sandy beach, sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, horseback riding, archery, tree climbing, and orienteering. This diversity of activities makes it a popular destination for family outings and school trips.
The leisure park is accessible by car via the A104 (Francilienne), Claye-Souilly exit, or via the RD 404. By public transport, the RER A Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy station is about twenty minutes away by bus. To make the most of the day, it is recommended to arrive early for the widest selection, bring a bag, cash, and possibly a picnic.
