Every September, the Jallanges Festival Committee organizes its annual car boot sale in front of the town hall, rue Abbé Louis Cochet. This friendly event is held for the benefit of the association “Tous Ensemble pour Hugo”, giving this day of bargain hunting a solidarity dimension appreciated by residents and visitors.

A morning event in the Saône plain

Exhibitors can set up from 6:30 AM for a day that lasts until 6:30 PM, offering early risers and afternoon strollers alike the chance to find bargains. Clothes, toys, books, crockery, trinkets, and flea market items are displayed on stalls set up outdoors in front of the village town hall.

Jallanges is a small rural village in the Saône plain, located in the canton of Pontailler-sur-Saône, halfway between Auxonne and Pontailler. Surrounded by farmland and meadows, the village offers a peaceful and rural setting for this outdoor car boot sale.
