The Saint-Christophe Car boot Sale and Flea Market took place on the Place des Arcades in Sauveterre-de-Rouergue for the edition on Saturday, July 26, 2025. Organized by the Sauveterre Initiatives association, this annual event is part of the festivities for the Saint-Christophe patronal festival, named after the 14th-century Gothic collegiate church that watches over the bastide.
Stalls were set up under the 47 ogival and semi-circular arcades surrounding the central square, offering bargain hunters an exceptional heritage setting. The medieval arcades sheltered the stalls of exhibitors—individuals and professionals—offering antique tableware, trinkets, books, clothing, toys, tools, furniture, and collectibles. This monumental setting of half-timbered houses and Renaissance residences gave this flea market day a unique atmosphere.
Visitors enjoyed free entry to browse the stalls from 8 am to 4 pm, then extended their visit through the cobbled streets of this royal bastide founded in 1281, classified among the Most Beautiful Villages of France. Catering was available in the village's establishments, allowing for a gourmet break between finds.
