The Cénac Car Boot Sale: a summer event at Château du Touron

Every year in July, the park of Château du Touron in Cénac-et-Saint-Julien transforms into a vast open-air flea market. Organized by the association Les 10 Doigts, this car boot sale attracts between 50 and 100 exhibitors, individuals and professionals, who offer their everyday items in a rural and shaded setting, ideal for a summer day of treasure hunting.

The park of Château du Touron: a green setting

The Château du Touron, a historic property of Cénac-et-Saint-Julien, is surrounded by a vast wooded park that offers a privileged natural setting for the event. Stalls are set up under century-old trees, between the park's paths and shaded lawns. Visitors can enjoy the outdoor space, on-site parking, and restrooms provided by the organizers.

Cénac-et-Saint-Julien, a village in Périgord Noir

A commune in the Dordogne valley, Cénac-et-Saint-Julien is located between Domme and La Roque-Gageac, in one of the most touristy areas of the Périgord Noir. The village is known for its Romanesque church of Cénac, adorned with remarkable sculpted capitals from the 12th century, and for its summer night market. The banks of the Dordogne, hiking trails, and proximity to the major sites of the Périgord Noir make it a prime location for a stay.

The association Les 10 Doigts

The association Les 10 Doigts, based in Cénac-et-Saint-Julien, organizes the car boot sale and enlivens local community life. Pitches are offered at €2 per linear meter, with the option to rent additional tables for €2 (to be specified when booking). Volunteers from the association provide food and drinks on site throughout the day.

The car boot sale takes place from 8:30 AM to 7 PM in the park of Château du Touron (school) in Cénac-et-Saint-Julien. Entry is free. Pitch: €2 / linear meter. Tables: €2 (to be specified upon booking). Food and drink available on site. Parking and restrooms available.
