The 2025 edition of the Car boot sale of Bords took place on Sunday, May 11th, on the church square and rue Port Paradis. The Comité des Fêtes welcomed between 50 and 100 exhibitors on Place Marc Tranquart and its surroundings, offering trinkets, crockery, toys, books, and various items. The tombola and refreshment stand enlivened this friendly day in this village on the banks of the Charente, between Rochefort and Saint-Savinien.

Looking back at the 2025 edition
On Sunday, May 11, 2025, the village of Bords hosted its annual car boot sale on the church square and rue Port Paradis. Organized by the Comité des Fêtes, this event brought together exhibitors and bargain hunters from the early morning hours, in a typical village setting of the Charente valley.
The stalls were set up on Place Marc Tranquart and along rue Port Paradis, offering a varied assortment of trinkets, antique crockery, toys, second-hand books, and attic curiosities. The tombola added a fun touch to the day, while the refreshment stand and on-site catering, run by the volunteers of the Comité des Fêtes, allowed visitors to enjoy refreshments in a warm atmosphere.
The 2026 edition is scheduled for Sunday, May 10th, still on the church square of Bords.
