Every year, the Joux School Association organizes its annual flea market, one of the most eagerly awaited events in this village in the Pays de Tarare. Private and professional sellers gather to offer furniture, trinkets, clothes, books, toys and all kinds of objects at attractive prices. The event is a chance for village residents and people from surrounding communes to come together in a friendly atmosphere while supporting the local school. Funds raised go directly towards school and after-school activities for the children of Joux.

Joux is a charming village of around 500 inhabitants in the Pays de Tarare, in the heart of the Monts du Lyonnais, about forty kilometers northwest of Lyon.
