Individuals clear out their attics and offer toys, clothes, books, crockery, small furniture, trinkets, tools, board games, records, decorative objects, and anything else you can find in the depths of a Berrichon attic. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, conducive to good deals and neighborly exchanges.
Lignerolles is a commune of about 200 inhabitants nestled in the Boischaut Sud, a natural region in the south of the Indre department characterized by a landscape of gentle hills, hedgerows, and breeding meadows. The village is located near Sainte-Sévère-sur-Indre, a town made famous by the filming of the movie Jour de fête by Jacques Tati in 1947. The hiking trails that crisscross the area offer beautiful views of a preserved and authentic rural landscape.
