For its 21st edition in 2026, 80 professional exhibitors will take over the village center during the Ascension weekend, from 9 am to 7 pm. Entry €4, free for under 18s.
A flea market fair in one of the most beautiful Basque villages
Every year during the Ascension weekend, the center of the village of Arcangues hosts Les Makilas de la Brocante, a fair dedicated to flea markets, antiques, vintage, and design. 80 professional exhibitors carefully selected display their finest pieces from 9 am to 7 pm over two days.
21 editions of quality
Created over 20 years ago, Les Makilas de la Brocante has established itself as a benchmark event in the Southwest. The selection of exhibitors guarantees a high level of quality: antique and contemporary furniture, lighting, paintings, tableware, jewelry, art objects, antique textiles, and curiosities.
Arcangues, an exceptional setting
Arcangues is one of the most emblematic villages in the Basque Country, with its church, its fronton, and its Labourdine houses. The green setting and traditional Basque architecture offer an exceptional backdrop for this high-end flea market.
