Lavaur Flea Market by APEL Sainte-Croix

A charity flea market in the heart of Lavaur

The APEL (parents' association) of the Sainte-Croix school organises one of the largest flea markets of northern Tarn each year in Lavaur. Set on allée Jean Jaurès and under the Castelviel hall, it gathers between 100 and 200 private exhibitors.

Outstanding heritage setting

Lavaur, a town of art and history, offers an exceptional backdrop: the majestic Saint-Alain cathedral in pink brick, half-timbered houses, the Agout river banks and the Plô esplanade surround the stalls. The Castelviel hall houses some exhibitors and shelters from occasional showers.

A full family day

Public opening from 8am to 6pm allows a relaxed pace. Exhibitors arrive from 6:30am, treated to a welcome coffee from the APEL. Refreshments and food stands make it a convivial lunch spot.

What to find

Private sellers only: children's and adult clothing, toys, baby gear, board games, books, comics, tableware, trinkets, small furniture, tools, bikes and sports equipment. End-of-school-year timing guarantees a rich family offer.

An educational cause

Proceeds support Sainte-Croix school projects: educational outings, equipment, school trips. Registration is via HelloAsso or paper form at €3 per linear metre (minimum 3 metres).
