For twenty years, La Garde has been the Var's capital for passionate collectors. Every January, the Gérard Philipe hall hosts the Salon de la Collection, the annual gathering where amateurs and professionals reunite around a shared passion: hunting for the rare piece, the forgotten souvenir, the unique document. For this 20th edition, a symbolic milestone marks the salon's loyalty to its public.

The salon focuses on specific fields that define it: ephemera (posters, menus, invitations, advertising, official documents), vinyl records and 78rpm, old toys (lead soldiers, dolls, train sets, miniatures), advertising objects (enamel signs, tins, displays). The 20th Collection Salon took place on Sunday 25 January 2026 at the Gérard Philipe hall in La Garde. A symbolic milestone with around a hundred professional and amateur exhibitors, thousands of visitors and an anniversary-worthy atmosphere. Ephemera, records, toys and advertising objects delighted collectors from across the region.
20th edition: a successful anniversary
On Sunday 25 January 2026, La Garde celebrated the 20th anniversary of its Collection Salon. The Gérard Philipe hall, packed from its 9am opening, welcomed around a hundred exhibitors from PACA and beyond. Tables, carefully arranged, offered visitors a complete panorama of contemporary Var collecting.
Negotiations, reunions between enthusiasts, unexpected finds: the salon's magic worked once again. Organisers have already announced the 21st edition for January 2027.
