Annual grand flea market car boot sale in the streets of the village of Minihy-Tréguier, organized by ARESYMT
Minihy-Tréguier has been a place of pilgrimage since the Middle Ages, as it is here that Saint Yves, patron saint of lawyers and Bretons, was born in 1253. Every year in early June, the streets of this historic village host a large flea market car boot sale, celebrating its 23rd edition in 2025. Organized by ARESYMT, the association dedicated to the restoration of the Saint-Yves church, this event combines religious heritage and the pleasure of treasure hunting.
ARESYMT (Association of Friends for the Restoration of the Saint-Yves Church of Minihy-Tréguier) has been the driving force behind this flea market for over two decades. The profits collected contribute to the preservation of the Saint-Yves church, a jewel of Breton religious heritage. Participating in this flea market, as an exhibitor or visitor, also means supporting a major heritage conservation project in the heart of Trégor.
On the day of the flea market, the streets of the village of Minihy-Tréguier are entirely pedestrianized and secured, allowing for easy and pleasant circulation between the stalls. Nearly 100 exhibitors display their goods along the granite facades, in an authentic Breton village atmosphere. Exhibitors are welcomed from 5:30 AM, and vehicles are accepted for pitches of 5 linear meters or more. Registration is by mail to ARESYMT with advance payment.
