With 200 exhibitors spread over the vast bowling green ground on the Route de Monteils, this event is officially recognised as one of the largest flea markets in the department. Each year it marks the official start of the bargain-hunting season for thousands of visitors from across the south-west.

With 200 stands combining private sellers and professionals, the offering is exceptionally varied: antique, vintage and industrial furniture, china, vinyl and CDs, books and old comics, collectible toys (Star Wars, Lego, Dinky Toys), vintage clothes, jewellery, watches, tools, bicycles, appliances, garden furniture, plants, Quercy antiques, paintings, postcards, old coins.

The bowling green, an ideal site

The Septfonds bowling green offers an ideal venue: a vast flat area, easily accessible, with attached parking, disabled access, restrooms and on-site catering. The covered hall and outdoor areas provide ample space for the 200 exhibitors.

Septfonds, capital of straw hats

Septfonds is the former French capital of straw hats. In the early 20th century, more than 5,000 people lived here from making the famous boaters that even Maurice Chevalier wore. The hat museum tells this fascinating story.
