The Stenay Flea Market: Bargain Hunting on Place Vauban

The Générations Loisirs association organizes a flea market every year on the Place Vauban, in the heart of Stenay (55700). From 7 am to 5:30 pm, exhibitors offer antique furniture, trinkets, tableware, books, and collector's items on this historic square lined with beautiful facades.

Stenay, a small town of character with rich heritage

Stenay is a commune of about 2,600 inhabitants located in the north of the Meuse, in the Pays de Stenay et du Val Dunois. The town owes part of its heritage to Vauban, who had fortifications built there, the citadel of which now houses the famous European Beer Museum. Place Vauban, the location of the flea market, is one of the city's focal points, surrounded by historic buildings.

Admission is free for visitors. Exhibitors benefit from a rate of €1 per linear meter. Refreshments and light snacks are available on site, managed by the association. The setting of Place Vauban, behind the residence, offers an open and pleasant space for this day of bargain hunting.
