The Général Leclerc quarter is Levallois-Perret's central, institutional district, named after Marshal Philippe Leclerc de Hauteclocque (1902–1947), hero of the Liberation of Paris in 1944. It is home to the Town Hall and the main municipal services, served by metro line 3 (Anatole-France station).

Traditionally held in September, this flea market draws around 300 private sellers, all Levallois residents, around the Town Hall. Registration opens from 30 June 2026 online (www.ville-levallois.fr/videgreniers2026).
