2026 Edition Review
On Saturday 4 April 2026, Saint-Florentin welcomed its traditional car boot sale and spring fair. As every year, the town centre came alive from the morning with private and professional exhibitors setting up stalls, while fairground operators erected their attractions. The Saint-Florentin AOP cheese town thus confirmed its vocation for bringing together northern Yonne residents for this popular spring celebration, steps away from its flamboyant Gothic and Renaissance collegiate church. Brocante stalls were full and visitors left with arms laden with bargains.
